Elon Musk Says Wisconsin Supreme Court Election Is A Vote For ‘Which Party Controls’ The House

Elon Musk is calling the upcoming Wisconsin Supreme Court election one of the most consequential races in America, warning that its outcome could directly impact which party controls the U.S. House of Representatives—and ultimately, the direction of the nation.

Speaking at a packed rally in Green Bay, Musk didn’t mince words.

“What’s happening on Tuesday is a vote for which party controls the U.S. House of Representatives,” Musk told the crowd. “That’s why this race matters so much. Whichever party controls the House largely steers the course of Western civilization.”

Why It Matters

The race pits conservative Brad Schimel against liberal Judge Susan Crawford, with the ideological balance of Wisconsin’s high court hanging in the balance. A win for Crawford could tip the court to the left, allowing Democrats to push through court-ordered redistricting, which could reshape congressional maps and tilt House seats in their favor.

This would have national implications, potentially flipping key seats and undercutting Republican control in Washington.

Musk Throws His Weight Behind Conservatives

Musk has thrown his full support behind Schimel, funneling substantial resources through his America PAC to support the conservative candidate. The PAC has been funding ad campaigns, grassroots efforts, and digital outreach in a last-minute push to energize Republican voters.

In addition to campaign backing, Musk launched a bold initiative to boost turnout and awareness—offering $1 million each to two Wisconsin voters who sign a petition opposing judicial activism. Despite legal threats from state officials, including Attorney General Josh Kaul, the Wisconsin Supreme Court declined to block Musk’s initiative.

Critics Cry Foul, Musk Doubles Down

Left-wing critics have blasted Musk’s involvement, accusing him of pushing the boundaries of election law. But Musk defended his actions, saying this election could shape the country’s future in profound ways—and that sitting on the sidelines is not an option.

“We can’t afford to lose this moment to activist judges and progressive overreach,” Musk said. “The American people need courts that respect the Constitution—not rubber-stamp radical agendas.”

All Eyes on Wisconsin

The high-stakes race has captured national attention, not just because of the immediate judicial impact, but because of what’s riding on it politically. With the Trump administration aggressively advancing its America First agenda, control of the House is critical, and Musk sees this court race as a major turning point.

“If they win here,” Musk warned, “they’ll redraw the maps, take the House, and unravel everything we’ve worked for.”

With ballots already being cast, Wisconsin has become the unlikely epicenter of a political showdown that could reverberate across all 50 states.

Elon Musk explains how the odds are currently stacked against the GOP in Wisconsin:

“We’ve gotta pull a rabbit out of the hat next level. We actually have to have a steady stream of rabbits out of the hat… We need to generate an anomaly in the matrix.”
