Human Trafficking Ring Busted in Nanuet Residential Property

Inline with the legal proceedings, Negri Sanz Del Orbe was remanded to the Rockland County Jail where she is currently held. Her bail has been set at $100,000 cash or a $200,000 bond, with the option of a $300,000 partially secured bond. She is ordered to make an appearance in Clarkstown Justice Court on the afternoon of June 11, 2025.

Alongside Negri, 31-year-old Luis Mendez-Valdez, also a resident of Nanuet, was arrested under similar charges. These charges include Sex Trafficking, Promoting Prostitution in the 3rd Degree, Unlawful Imprisonment in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree, Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the 1st Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Permitting Prostitution, and Criminal Nuisance in the 2nd Degree.

Like his co-suspect, Mendez-Valdez was remanded to the Rockland County Jail pending trial. The bail for his release has been set just like Negri’s. It comprises of a $100,000 cash or a $200,000 bond, with an alternative for a $300,000 partially secured bond. Mendez-Valdez is expected to appear before the Clarkstown Justice Court at the same date and time as his co-defendant.
