At about 1:50 a.m. on the subsequent day, he assaulted a 26-year-old woman, forcefully pushing her to the ground.
As the victim lay on the pavement, the suspect proceeded to indecently touch her over her clothing before hastily fleeing the scene just as the first time. The suspect’s brazen act left his second victim appalled and physically hurt.
Consequently, the two victims suffered minor injuries following the separate assaults. The physical and emotional trauma that these events have caused is a stark reminder of the danger that still lurks on the streets, even in a bustling metropolis like New York City.
