The individual in question, identified as A. Alfasith, is a resident of Mayiladuthurai, a town in the southern Indian state. The charges filed against him include sections 153A and 505 of the Indian Penal Code, in addition to sections 13 and 39 of the UA(P) Act. The chargesheet was submitted at the NIA’s Special Court in Poonamalle, Tamil Nadu.
