Eight months after Trump’s sweeping election triumph, he brought up the vague specter of a potential lawsuit against Beyonce for her controversial endorsement.

He couched his arguments in terms of the substantial debt allegedly incurred by the Democrats following the presidential race and an undocumented payment of $11 million to Beyonce — solely for the endorsement, with no performance involved.
Trump continued his tirade by berating the gross misinterpretations stated in the financial lexicon surrounding these charges. His public censure reached its crescendo with the assertive declaration that paying for endorsers is not only flagrantly irregular but downright illegal.
