Trump Calls On World Bank To Reconsider Oil And Gas Financing
Back in 2017, the World Bank Group said it would no longer finance upstream oil and gas after 2019. But the group noted that “In exceptional circumstances, consideration will be given to financing upstream gas in the poorest countries where there is a clear benefit in terms of energy access for the poor and the project fits within the countries’ Paris Agreement commitments.”
The Trump Administration is advocating for the World Bank to increase its financing for oil and gas projects, a reversal of its previous policy to cease funding new fossil fuel ventures after 2019.
This push prioritizes energy security, especially for upstream gas developments, and also extends to other development banks to finance fossil fuel projects.
The U.S. is also pushing other development banks to finance fossil fuels, including gas pipeline projects, according to FT’s sources.
In recent years, the World Bank and many commercial banks have backed out of lending money to some fossil fuels, including coal, oil sands, and Arctic oil and gas. Banks were under intense shareholder and stakeholder pressure to cut their exposure to fossil fuels and align their lending portfolios to the Paris Agreement goals.
But the tables have turned with the U.S. Administration strongly promoting fossil fuels and America’s dominance in oil and gas exports.

Answer: Help to “accelerate” the de-dollarization around the world. “Encourage” other countries to cut back on their use of “fiat” dollars in global trade, especially for OIL. Do you think that it’s just a coincidence that the five original BRICS nations are getting high tariffs in Trump’s second term? Helping them separate from the debt system?

The website for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport briefly went down Friday as technology employees worked to protect it following a cyberattack, Hartsfield-Jackson officials said.
The airport’s IT team detected a denial-of-service (DoS) attack on the website Friday morning, a Hartsfield-Jackson spokesperson said.
“The team followed protocol and implemented a standard set of protections to ensure the availability of the website, resulting in a momentary delay before presenting the website,” the spokesperson said in a statement.
There was no impact on airport operations, the spokesperson said.

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said Monday that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will issue a physicians’ notice on the potential dangers of using acetaminophen during pregnancy and begin the process of adding a new safety warning label.

The Trump administration is taking long-overdue action to protect women from the dangerous abortion pill mifepristone, after decades of reckless approvals and loosened safeguards under Clinton, Obama and Biden.
Since its approval in 2000, mifepristone has been used by an estimated 7.5 million American women to end an unborn child. The drug is a two-part process typically taken up to 10 weeks in the pregnancy.
The FDA has received reports of serious side effects from the drug. By law, the FDA can require special safety rules, called a ‘REMS’ program, if a drug poses serious risks. Recent studies, including one mentioned by the attorneys general, suggest that women could be at risk if the drug is provided without enough medical supervision.

President Donald J. Trump is right: the violence problem is on the Left. That’s why he just designated Antifa — a network of Radical Left terrorists that aim to overthrow the government through violence and agitation — as a domestic terrorist organization.
Antifa has a long history of terrorizing our communities:
In July 2025, members of an Antifa cell ambushed officers at an ICE facility in Alvarado, Texas. After defacing vehicles with anti-ICE graffiti — including “ICE pig” and “F— you pigs” — the assailants lured officers out of the building and opened fire, shooting one officer in the neck.
In July 2025, deranged rioters viciously assaulted federal agents at an ICE facility in Portland, Oregon. Officers at the facility — which had been targeted by the local Antifa terror cell for weeks — were kicked, punched, and targeted with an “incendiary device.”
In February 2024, a transgender Antifa terrorist detonated an explosive device outside the office of Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall. The terrorist left behind numerous stickers with Antifa slogans and anarchist symbols.
In March 2023, Antifa radicals laid siege to a planned police training center in Atlanta, Georgia. They attacked police with Molotov cocktails, booby traps, and commercial-grade fireworks, and destroyed construction equipment in what local police described as “anarchy.”
In January 2023, Antifa members were charged with vandalizing pregnancy resource centers in Florida. The individuals were linked to the radical group “Jane’s Revenge,” which firebombed pro-life facilities and vandalized churches throughout 2022.
In January 2022, an Antifa radical was arrested for bringing a pipe bomb to a pro-Trump event. The individual was spotted wearing all-black clothing and charged with multiple counts of possessing homemade explosive devices.
In January 2021, an Antifa supporter threatened to shoot police officers and Trump supporters outside the Florida State Capitol. The suspect was tied to the Radical Left’s violent protests in Seattle’s “autonomous zone,” which resulted in several deaths.
In August 2020, a self-identified Antifa member shot and killed a Patriot Prayer supporter during a riot in Portland. The suspect was later killed after he brandished a weapon while law enforcement attempted to apprehend him on murder charges.
In 2020, Antifa terrorists designated a substantial portion of the Capitol Hill neighborhood in Seattle as a so called “autonomous zone,” taking it over and enacting its own delusional structure of self-governance. This led to violent clashes with police and multiple deaths and injuries.
In July 2019, another self-proclaimed Antifa radical attacked an ICE facility in Tacoma, Washington. The “known anarchist” was heavily armed and attempted to ignite a 500-gallon propane tank; after he ignored commands to drop his weapon, he was killed by police.
In 2017, Antifa radicals threw rocks at police and attacked the attendees of several conservative political events at the University of California, Berkeley. In one instance, the violence caused the police chief to order his officers to evacuate a park while under siege.
Antifa’s terror is part of the trend of Radical Left violence that has permeated the nation in recent years, incited by constant lies and vicious attacks against Republicans from unhinged Democrat politicians, well-funded leftist organizations, and their allies in the media.

Secret Service Discovers ‘Massive Hidden Telecom Network’ With Terrifying Implications
Just as the United Nations was preparing to begin its annual general assembly, which will be headlined by President Donald Trump on Tuesday, the United States Secret Service discovered a “massive hidden telecom network” in New York, with startling implications.

According to investigators, the network had the capacity to jam 911 calls, take down cell towers and cripple the city’s communication infrastructure at its most vulnerable moment.
While no direct plot has been linked to the U.N. event, officials warn the discovery points to a new kind of threat – one aimed at the invisible systems modern cities depend on.

UN Faces Big Budget Cuts And Job Losses After US Funding Dries Up
The UN has announced it will need to cut $500m from their 2026 budget and will lay off 20% of its staff as it struggles to cope with a massive reduction in funding by the Trump administration. Trump has eliminated at least $1 billion in total funding from the UN.
The plan is likely to involve an initial minimum 3,000 job cuts out of a 35,000-strong main workforce, with eventual job losses at around 7,000. The overall UN core or regular budget would be cut from $3.7bn to about $3.2bn next year. It means reductions of 15.1% in resources and 18.8% in posts in the regular budget compared with the 2025 budget.
Despite the funding losses, UN Secretary General António Guterres continues to press ahead with his new “pact for the future” focusing on artificial intelligence and policies for sustainable development. The UN is now looking for alternative funding for their operations, though, it is unlikely they will be able to fill the void left by US cuts. Most countries have no interest in paying more; the reliance has been entirely on Americans for generations.
