Alef Education’s K-12 AI Solutions Boost First Half 2025 Revenues

The company’s financial health is further evidenced by a 3% raise YoY in EBITDA, which amounted to AED 267.9 million. This was achieved while maintaining an impressive margin of 75%, showing a gain of 100 basis points, a testament to Alef Education’s focused cost management strategy.

Alef Education’s net profit also saw an increment, climbing by 3% YoY to AED 232.3M, securing a solid profit margin of 65%, which is a +100 basis point improvement from the previous year. Ensconcing financial assurance, the tech education leader boasted of cash reserves to the tune of AED 497.1 million without any outstanding debt as of mid-2025. In line with this, the company is committed to rewarding its investors with a confirmed dividend summing to AED 135 million for the fiscal year 2025. The payout is planned in two equal parts, with the first AED 67.5 million interim dividend already slated for disbursement coming August.

An under-construction project, Miqyas Al Dhad, which is the first of its kind Arabic reading scale intended to enhance reading fluency amongst Arabic speakers attending Grades 1–12, is 87% complete. The project continues at pace and is on the cusp of launching in the last quarter of the year of 2025.

Ensuing the successful Field Test Survey results, a streak of strong interest was noted, culminating in the signing of seven Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs). This offers promising growth prospects for the company, welcoming new partnerships and extending its operations.
