Biden, Obama Failing at Covering Up Involvement in Epstein Saga

Joe Biden and Barack Obama are frequently and conveniently scapegoated for things out of their control or beyond their purview. This time, they are oddly accused of fabricating the Jeffrey Epstein files, a claim that lacks solid grounding in reality. The files pertain to the federal government’s probes into the activities of the now-deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Similar baseless claims have been put forward by former President Donald Trump, suggesting that Obama and Biden ‘made up’ the Epstein files. However, an examination of the timeline of events and key individuals involved in the case reveals a different story than the one he has woven to advance his own narratives or deflect blame.

The investigations into Epstein took place during the George W. Bush and Trump administrations in 2006-2008 and 2019, respectively. This is a concrete piece of evidence that neither Biden nor Obama had anything to do with the investigations. They simply were not in office during the periods when the FBI was probing Epstein’s case.

Noteworthy to mention is that James Comey, the former FBI Director, was not serving in the public sector during those periods. He could hardly have played a role in creating these files as alleged since he was occupied elsewhere. This is another fact that starkly contrasts the narrative Trump has been trying to push.

The FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Florida headed the 2006 investigation. The Trump-led Justice Department, on the other hand, announced on July 7 that it intended not to release any more documents associated with Epstein, diminishing hopes for achieving complete transparency on the case.

While critics of Obama and Biden might be eager to attach their names to any scandal, the timeline proves otherwise. Epstein’s two investigations occurred during the George W. Bush and Trump administrations – a period during which neither Obama nor Biden held the mantle of leadership.

Bush and Trump were in office when Epstein was under investigation by the FBI. Yet, the claim that these files were concocted by Obama or Biden falls flat in light of this timeline and serves as a somewhat laughable attempt to divert attention from those truly responsible for the oversight of these investigations.

James Comey again did not serve in his position at the FBI during these investigations. His time in the private sector coincided with the periods when the investigations were conducted. His involvement appears to be as much an imaginative narrative as the outlandish claims about Biden and Obama.

Epstein and his alleged accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell were arrested on federal charges during the Trump administration. Leave it to Trump, however, to paint the narrative that Biden and Obama were somehow at the helm of these orchestrations, despite the glaring facts that contrast his misleading narrative.

As typical of conspiracy theories, this claim holds no water against the clear facts of the situation. There exists no evidence supporting the idea that the Epstein files were ‘made up’ by Comey, Obama or Biden. Facts continue to remain stubborn against such baseless and unfounded accusations.

Indeed, conspiracy peddling has its allure for those desperate to delegitimize others while deflecting attention from themselves. The lack of factual grounding, however, seems not to deter these individuals from making such accusations against those they perceive as political enemies.

While the attempts to paint Biden and Obama as the puppeteers in this scandal carry on, it is paramount to stay vigilant and keep our focus on facts. It is clear from the timeline that they had nothing to do with the orchestration or manipulation of the Epstein files. Such unfounded accusations equate to nothing more than political mudslinging.

The Trump administration, which originally conducted one of the few investigations of Epstein, played a significant role in the release of information concerning Epstein’s case. Yet, the penchant for painting a negative image of Biden and Obama seems so entrenched that facts are often ignored or purposely distorted.

If the pursuit of truth is the goal, facts must guide this journey. Fabrications about Joe Biden and Barack Obama in this narrative need to be dismissed in favor of objective and clear observations of the actual events that transpired.

While the interest in the Epstein case is undoubtedly high, accusations and conjectures surrounding it should be well-supported by facts. The claims about Biden and Obama’s role in these investigations are baseless and divisive, undermining the pursuit of actual accountability and clouding the understanding of the events that took place.

To set the record straight: Biden and Obama were not in office during the Epstein investigations. Such misinformation serves only to defame the characters of these individuals and diverts public attention from the real issues at hand. Let facts, not politically-driven narratives, guide our understanding.
