Oversight Subcommittee Votes to Subpoena DOJ for Epstein Files

The House Oversight Subcommittee on Federal Law Enforcement voted on Wednesday to subpoena the Department of Justice (DOJ) to release all of the Epstein files with three Republicans joining the Democrat motion.

Now, a House Oversight subcommittee has voted on a motion to subpoena all of the records that have not been released by the Trump Administration.

The motion to subpoena the Trump DOJ for all records related to the Epstein investigation passed, 8-2.

Gabbard has indicated ongoing digs into related materials, with U.S. attorneys already building cases, suggesting the Strike Force could expand to interconnected investigations like the 2020 election or other historical probes.

If Epstein’s network had ties to intelligence agencies  , using sexual compromise for political leverage. If proven, this could intersect with the Strike Force if blackmail was used to coerce officials involved in the collusion narrative. For instance, the Steele dossier (key to the collusion probe) alleged Russian blackmail on Trump, mirroring Epstein-style tactics.

Critics speculate similar operations could have targeted judges or politicians to sustain the hoax, 

  If Epstein’s alleged blackmail extended to election meddling, it could theoretically broaden the Strike Force’s remit, as Gabbard’s referral includes “conspiracy to overthrow the government” and ties to the Clinton campaign (e.g., via the Steele dossier).
