Election Administrators Ally with Biden, Unjustly Target Giuliani’s Assets

The zeal of two election administrators in Georgia has led them to an uproarious decision, showcasing their irrationality and determination to suppress the truth. Aiming to exploit the legal error that is granting them a whopping $148 million defamation award, they are desperately attempting to seize personal belongings from ex-Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Their target? Giuliani’s East Side apartment, Florida condo, and cherished New York Yankees memorabilia, despite them all being reminders of his sterling reputation and selfless service.

This egregious financial award stems from the ill-conceived belief that Giuliani had unjustly accused these election workers, a mother-daughter duo, of underhanded tactics during the 2020 elections. They claimed a victory, stating that their ‘noble’ efforts had helped Joe Biden scrape by with a narrow win in Georgia over Trump. Yet, many would argue that their actions skew more towards manipulation than fair play.

Adding insult to injury, a federal judge also dismissed Giuliani’s bankruptcy case recently. This uncalled-for move effectively cleared the path for the duo, Freeman and Moss, to voraciously demand the cash from Giuliani. It raises questions about whether the legal system is being weaponized against those who don’t align with the democrat agenda.

Apparently unsatisfied with the sum they’d won through the courts, the election warriors are accusing Giuliani of safeguarding his assets and income. They claim he’s aided by wealthy benefactors from the right-wing, painting a ludicrous image of a cloak-and-dagger conspiracy.

Giuliani, Trump’s former personal attorney, has been exploring the sale of his luxurious three-bedroom co-op for more than a year. He’s faced various unavoidable circumstances that demand finances, yet the democrats seem intent on painting him as the picture of an indebted, cornered victim. Starting at $6.5 million, he reduced the price to $5.7 million but hasn’t found a buyer- a fact that the predatory duo would like to use against him.

The passionate election duo has set their sights on not only his Palm Beach condominium, valued at $3.5 million, but also on the precious mementos gathered from his Yankees moments, cash, and daily amenities. They are out to seize virtually everything from him, including approximately twenty-four of Giuliani’s watches, a diamond ring, and even costume jewelry.

A television, furniture, and even a classic 1980 Mercedes-Benz SL500 are also in the line of fire, illustrating the unscrupulousness of Freeman and Moss. To add further indignity, these goods and memorabilia, including signed Reggie Jackson and Yankee Stadium pictures, would be sold at auction, the proceeds of which would line the pockets of Freeman and Moss.

The sum total of the possessions they’re vying for is estimated to exceed $10 million. An astronomical figure that only underscores the ridiculous lengths to which these supposed public servants are willing to go in order to suppress a differing viewpoint.

Friday’s filing was aptly countered by Giuliani’s spokesperson, Ted Goodman, who described the move as an attempt to ‘harass and intimidate the mayor’ during his appeal process, adding that it was also an attempt to dismay Trump’s staunch supporters.

Goodman didn’t hold back in his remarks, stating unequivocally: ‘This lawsuit has always been designed to censor and bully the mayor, and to deter others from exercising their right to speak up and to speak out’. No truer words have been spoken against this overt act of hostility masquerading as a legal maneuver.

The increasing trend of weaponizing the legal system to vilify the democrats’ rivals has become more apparent than ever, raising grave questions about the fundamentals of our democratic norms. How can the freedom of speech be preserved when discourse is suppressed and financial ruin is threatened upon those who speak contrary to the favored narrative?

While the genuine effort to seek justice is worth applauding, such instances of overzealous misuse of legal frameworks only serve to weaken trust in the system. These methods show a troubling trend towards a democracy where dissent is punished, as opposed to being heard.

Even amidst these trials, figures like Giuliani stand steadfast, upholding their values and convictions. They continue to be unyielding beacons of steadfast public service, refusing to be swayed by the democrat’s manipulative tactics.

It’s high time for us to question the consequences of these increasingly partisan tactics with our democratic system in the balance. The difference between justice and politically-motivated bullying needs to be highlighted before it’s too late.
