GOP Looking into Shadow Government in the White House? Is Biden Not In Control?

Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, Representative James Comer of Kentucky, has raised serious concerns regarding the direction of the presidential leadership in our country. There are questions about who really has a hand in affecting President’s Joe Biden’s policies. A part of this query involves subpoenas issued to three lesser-known White House staffers. The objective of this course of action is to determine if there is any truth to the speculation about an undeclared ‘shadow government’ leading through President Biden’s tenure.

According to Comer, during his appearance on Breitbart News Saturday, the issue revolves around figuring out ‘who’s genuinely steering Joe Biden’. Comer expressed that circumstances portray a plausible inability of Biden to adequately fulfill his presidential duties. The question under discussion for quite some time now is – ‘Who exactly is leading this country? Who has the reigns?’.

Amidst these concerns, Comer, a stalwart Kentuckian Republican, pointed out the usage of all available sources, even including disgruntled democrats, to pinpoint the three White House employees who appear to be ‘acting as the channels for Joe Biden’. As per him, these individuals have positioned themselves as a protective layer around the president, blocking him from cabinet secretaries and a significant amount of the media.

Comer believes that the role of these staff members has been relatively secretive. They have been instrumental in keeping the president away from a large number of people who could have possibly identified and alerted others about Biden’s mental fitness to execute presidential duties. Hence, these three unknown White House staff members have been subpoenaed for further inquiries.

Nobody had foreknowledge about these three, including Rep. Comer, prior to the decision to subpoena them. The forthcoming plan includes questioning them thoroughly and starting investigations on two major concerns. Firstly, ‘if there was an alleged cover-up’, and secondly, to certify if there has been the existence of a ‘shadow government’.

Comer denotes the concern by stating it has been noticeable for a significant time that ‘Biden hasn’t maintained effective control’. Drawing a comparison, he stated, ‘After three years of Joe Biden, Watergate seems no more serious than minor traffic violations’. This comparison underscores the depth of concerns about the current administration.

Comer also declared his apprehension that the ‘deep state’ along with media outlets have been systematically suppressing evidence of fiscal wrongdoing allegedly carried out by the Biden family over the course of twenty years. All these claims draw a severe line of scrutiny over the actions and motivations of the current White House staffers.

The Kentucky Representative firmly stated his belief that certain White House-denizens are concealing Biden’s true capacity to lead. According to him, there is a high likelihood that they have conspired with the White House physician to generate and uphold a false disclosure, which goes beyond mere cover-up.

Worries of a potential shadow government are causing some Democrats to rethink their allegiance to Biden, according to Comer. Some of them have started voicing their apprehensions publicly, and urging him to step down. A concurrent concern is the plausible chance of ex-President Donald Trump reclaiming the Oval Office.

He further distinguished between a burgeoning investigation and the ongoing scrutiny of Biden’s alleged influence-peddling by stating, ‘There are many participants who are coming forward willingly’. There have been quite a few revelations in news stories about prominent Democrats expressing doubts about Biden’s cognitive aptitude.

The Kentucky Republican went on to express his concerns over the key responsibilities tied to the position of the U.S. President. With daily monumental decisions that need to be made, the spotlight is being thrown upon the question, ‘Who exactly has been making these decisions?’. The confession by the White House about President Biden’s effective functioning hours being restricted to the period from 8 am to 4 pm only deepened these uncertainties.

Comer extrapolated his concern by focusing on situations that arise outside of these mentioned functioning hours, thereby raising more questions about the decision-making process. Pointing out the importance of being prepared for diverse circumstances, Comer mentioned that numerous essential happenings unfold before eight in the morning and after four in the evening.

Highlighting the need for transparency when it comes to people in power, Comer elucidated the crucial part that Senate confirmation plays in-chief concerning cabinet secretaries. This process lets the citizens get acquainted with both their views and their capabilities, evaluating whether they are fit to serve in their roles or not.

He raises concerns over the possibility of momentous decisions, like Ukrainian weapons supply, executive orders on drilling causing increased gas prices and consequently inflation, being made by ‘three or four off-the-record employees’. This, according to Comer, suggests that many individuals might need to face accountability.

A thorough investigation will confirm or dispel such claims. But, if they turn out to be true, there needs to be a serious reconsideration of the current structure of decision-making within the White House. American citizens deserve to know who’s truly in charge of their country.
