President Trump announced Tuesday evening that the US will soon introduce a new green card for wealthy foreign nationals, dubbed the “gold card,” which will cost $5 million and grant residency, work rights, and a pathway to citizenship. This pay-to-play legal immigration program aims to attract job creators and high-level talent, marking a stark difference to the Biden-Harris regime’s open border policies, which resulted in an invasion of unvetted illegal aliens from third worlds that drain the nation’s resources, some of whom the government has classified as “foreign terrorists.”

A federal judge in Florida has denied a request from Trump Media and video platform Rumble to block enforcement of orders issued by Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes, ruling that the case is not yet ripe for judicial review.

However – that’s not because Rumble and Trump Media have no grounds – it’s because both companies “were not served upon Plaintiffs in compliance with the Hague Convention, to which the United States and Brazil are both signatories nor were they served pursuant to the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty between the United States and Brazil.”
US District Judge Mary S. Scriven effectively stated that the two platforms do not need a temporary restraining order against Moraes because Morae’s orders to Rumble have no grounds.
In a statement, a Rumble spokesperson stated: “The court explicitly ruled that Moraes’s directives were never properly served under US or international law…” and that “The court further made clear that if anyone attempts to enforce these illegal orders on US soil, it stands ready to intervene to protect American companies and free speech. The ruling sends a strong message to foreign governments that they cannot bypass US law to impose censorship on American platforms.”
“This is a major victory for free speech and free expression online,” said Trump Media CEO Devin Nunes. “The ruling confirms that would-be dictators in any country can’t force Trump Media or Rumble to censor their opponents. We congratulate our partner Rumble on its principled stand for freedom.”

The sudden uptick of angry protesters at normally quiet Republican Congressional town hall meetings and Tesla dealership surprised members of Congress last week, but new details show the left-leaning activist groups responsible.
Left-leaning groups Indivisible and MoveOn were at the center of the protests as they recruited activists to oppose billionaire Elon Musk‘s efforts to slash government spending and enact reforms.
MoveOn Civic Action triggered a nationwide call to action during Congressional recess urging activists to show up at town hall meetings to remind lawmakers that ‘Congress Works for Us, Not Musk.’
They also helped organize a ‘Nobody Elected Elon!’ rally in Washington, DC outside the Treasury department.
The group Indivisible urged activists to launch anti-Musk protests in their districts.
‘Members of the House of Representatives will be back on your home turf from Friday, February 14th, through Sunday, February 23rd, and it’s our opportunity to remind them who they work for,’ the group wrote offering members an activist kit to help them protest.
‘Fighting back against the Trump-Musk coup is going to take all of us,’ the group added. ‘Sign up for updates and ways to take action against the Trump-Musk coup.’
Indivisible has also helped coordinate anti-Musk protests at Tesla dealerships. Activists at local dealership are holding signs accusing Musk of being a ‘Nazi’ and condemning Tesla vehicles as ‘Swasticars.’
Both groups have received funding from left-wing billionaire George Soros through the Open Society Foundation.
Grassroots organization surrounding town hall meetings is a common strategy for parties out of power, but lawmakers in typically Republican majority districts were surprised by the sudden boost in angry protesters.
The coordinated anti-DOGE protesting against Musk also puzzled lawmakers, as polling shows a majority of Americans approve of his efforts to reduce waste, fraud and abuse in the federal government.

Earlier this month it was reported that Jack Smith received $140,000 in pro bono legal services from high-profile DC firm Covington and Burling last month, shortly before he resigned from the Justice Department.

FBI Director Kash Patel has launched an investigation into former Director James Comey’s secret “honeypot” operation involving 2 female undercover agents who targeted President Trump’s 2016 campaign, according to The Washington Times.
Last October it was revealed that according to an FBI whistleblower, former Director James Comey inserted two female agents inside the Trump campaign in 2016.
The Washington Times reported that the female agents were directed to act as “honeypots” and travel with Trump and his staff.
This was an “off-the-books” operation and was separate from Comey and Obama’s Crossfire Hurricane operation (launched in July 2016) that targeted Trump based on false Russian collusion lies.
It was later well documented that it was Hillary Clinton who had created the Russia collusion lie from whole cloth. Hillary was later fined for funding the fake Russia dossier that was used to spy on Trump, his family, his campaign, and his administration.
The whistleblower told Congress last year that the “honeypot” investigation was hidden from DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, another Obama-appointed lackey for the regime.
One of the undercover agents involved in Comey’s operation was transferred to the CIA so she would not be a potential witness.
