Navy Sailor Attempts Unauthorized Access to Biden’s Medical Documents

Earlier this year, a Navy sailor was caught and reprimanded for his failed attempt to unlawfully access restricted medical documents concerning President Biden. A representative of the military verified this incident on Tuesday. This slip-up transpired on the 23rd of February, as revealed by Cmdr. Tim Hawkins, a representative for the Navy. He further clarified that this undisciplined sailor was a part of the Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command stationed at Fort Belvoir in Northern Virginia.

The Navy’s findings illustrate that the sailor, who has wisely remained unnamed, entered ‘Joseph Biden’ into the military health system’s electronic database thrice over a span of several hours. One must speculate if such ‘curiosity’ masks a deeper motive. The sailor’s lack of discipline was exposed earlier by CBS News and ABC News.

Interestingly, there has been a futile resurgence of inquiries over Biden’s health condition and mental sharpness after an unsettling performance at the debate held on June 27. Such displays have emboldened an increasing number of Democrats to advise him on calling off his battle for re-election. However, tackling significant national issues with a wavering stance and questionable cognitive abilities may just be a play we’ve seen before from Biden.

In the matter of the Navy incident, a vigilant colleague of the undisciplined sailor lodged a report against the possible violation of medical privacy regulations. The Naval Criminal Investigative Service held an investigation that concluded on April 24, testified Commander Hawkins. However, we must wonder, how trustworthy can an internal investigation be when it concerns an occurrence as significant as this?

Commander Hawkins claimed, quite conveniently, that ‘The record the sailor accessed was not the electronic record of the president of the United States,’. He further stated, ‘At no time was the president’s personal information compromised.’ However, such statements should always be received with skepticism until proven beyond doubt, for disinformation is becoming the new norm.

Unfortunately, the Navy chose to remain tight-lipped about the specific disciplinary action taken against the sailor. The question that begs to be asked is why such an important matter is being shrouded in secrecy. The public has the right to know the extent of such breaches, especially when they involve the highest office in the country.

When questioned about this incident, the Biden campaign diverted inquiries to the White House. However, any requests for clarification from the latter fell on deaf ears as there has been no subsequent response or comment. This situation illuminates the pressing need for more transparency in the administration.

Interestingly, neither Biden nor the former President Donald J. Trump has provided the public with complete access to their medical records during their respective presidential campaigns. One has to wonder if their lack of transparency suggests an underlying intent to withhold important information from the public or if it’s just another political maneuver in a long history of such tactics.

Recently, the Biden administration has been subjected to a slew of criticisms regarding the frequent visits of a Parkinson’s disease expert from the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center to the White House. From the summer of the previous year up until this spring, this specialist has been reported to visit the White House eight times, at least one of such visits included a meeting with President Biden’s doctor.

The concerned medical personnel, Dr. Kevin Cannard, a renowned neurologist, was listed to have paid these visits in the official logs of the White House visitors. This only escalates the growing concern over Biden’s health status and adds fuel to the fire of speculations regarding his capacity to adequately serve as president.

Dr. Kevin O’Connor, who serves as White House physician, issued a statement on Monday night attempting to alleviate concerns. He claimed that President Biden has been under Dr. Cannard’s supervision on an annual basis as a routine part of his check-up. He further stated that the latest examination did not indicate any presence of Parkinson’s.

However, one can’t help but question the timing and the need for such frequent visits by a specialist, especially given the fact that Parkinson’s is a degenerative neurological condition. The White House should offer a more detailed explanation, possibly providing public access to President Biden’s health records.

What has been revealed so far, presents a picture marked by attempted unauthorized access of medical records, spurts of speculations, bewildering silence, and consequent deception. It is indeed, a series of unsettling occurrences, stirring doubt and concern about the administration’s internal operations.

The multitude of these events and the way they were handled, especially in the domain of transparency, demonstrate that the Biden administration needs to work on being more open to the public. Without that, the administration will continue to invite skepticism and foster distrust, a dangerous trajectory that undermines the core of our democratic systems.
