Trump’s legal team cited Murdoch’s historical health trials as a key factor supporting their plea for an earlier deposition due to his age of 94 years. This was in response to the recent article published that claimed the president had penned an inappropriate birthday note to Epstein in 2003, which was before Epstein’s subsequent guilty plea to illicit charges.
The publication further alleged that the note was attached to a provocative illustration.
