The impeachment is following the law compared to what they did to Trump. Each step of the way they are feeling pain, will the impeachment move to the next phase where they actually impeach Biden, or will the [DS] make convince biden not to run. One week after Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D) failed to secure passage of an “assault weapons” ban the Biden Administration is shifting its attention to state legislatures, asking them to ban AR-15s and similar rifles.
The Washington Post noted that the Biden administration is shifting the focus to state legislatures, urging them to pass the gun ban that could not be passed in the U.S. Senate. The administration also wants states to pass laws that would allow gun companies to be sued over the criminal use of legally made firearms.
One hundred legislators from 39 states gathered at the White House Wednesday to hear Vice President Kamala Harris announce the shift in focus. Harris said, “We are fighting just for what is reasonable and, of course, what is right.”

Former President Donald Trump is dominating in seven crucial battleground states against President Joe Biden ahead of a potential 2024 head-to-head rematch, a Thursday poll found.
Trump is leading Biden 47% to 42% across Arizona, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Nevada and North Carolina, according to a Morning Consult/Bloomberg survey. Special Counsel Jack Smith is having a “bad day.”
A series of court rulings have upended the Department of Justice’s intention to try Donald Trump for a number of alleged crimes prior to the 2024 election.
On Wednesday, Judge Chutkan admitted that she doesn’t have jurisdiction over a case while a higher court is considering claims of immunity.
“Judge Chutkan agrees that she no longer has jurisdiction over Trump case while his immunity appeal is pending,” Politico’s Kyle Cheney reported.
“CHUTKAN adds, however, that the stay does not prevent her from enforcing his conditions of release, protective orders and gag order,” the report added.

John Moynihan, filed a whistleblower complaint with the Department of Justice Inspector General’s Office on November 28 alleging that Jack Smith, the Special Prosecutor pursuing Donald Trump, was engaged in an extortion scheme while he was working at the International Court of Justice. (You can find the complaint at the bottom of this linked article by Patrick Byrne.) It is no coincidence that Jack Smith, in the wake of that complaint, made an impromptu move on Monday (December 11) asking the U.S. Supreme Court to decide whether Donald Trump had immunity to the charges filed by Smith. Moynihan’s complaint was filed on November 28, 2023 and Smith, 13 days later decides to bypass the Appeals Courts. Smells like politics.
The Moynihan complaint is political dynamite because it provides circumstantial evidence to support Donald Trump’s belief that Jack Smith is not only politically motivated but corrupt. The Trump team wisely has refrained from piling on this news in order to avoid accusations that this was a manufactured hit job.
John learned of Jack Smith’s alleged involvement thanks to a tip from a friend and DEA Agent, who had a confidential informant, who alerted him to the extortion scheme at the ICJ (as stated in the complaint).
The complaint includes affidavits from four people with ties to Kosovo — Milaim Zeka, Edlira Qefalija, Halit Sahitaj and Darko Perovic. I want to focus specifically on the sworn testimony of Halit Sahitaj because it provides the most comprehensive account of the Jack Smith’s machinations at the ICJ and raises serious questions about the integrity of the Court and its trials.
