Non-financial corporates have the highest ratio, at 171%, followed by the government sector, at 86%. Households and financial entities’ debt-to-GDP is 64% and 45%, respectively. Stimulus won’t solve China’s debt crisis.

A Fox News poll shows a record 67 percent support among registered voters for the deportation of illegal migrants.
Deportations are supported by 40 percent of liberals, 62 percent of Hispanics, 53 percent of blacks, 65 percent of moderates, and 86 percent of conservatives.

Cuba’s government has announced it will halt all non-vital state services and businesses for three days as it battles an energy crisis that has caused marathon blackouts for much of the country.

Hamas Vows To Intensify Gaza Fight After ‘Fallen Martyr’ Sinwar’s Killing, As Biden Urges Ceasefire
Hamas on Friday has issued official confirmation that Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar was killed by Israeli forces in southern Gaza. Spokesman and Gaza head Khalil Hayya announced in a televised address that Sinwar has become a “fallen martyr”.
Calling him “steadfast, brave and intrepid,” Hayya asserted that Sinwar “sacrificed his life to the cause of our liberation.” Israeli authorities had killed him by likely tank fire on a residential building in Rafah, and quickly examined his body, confirming his identify through dental and DNA records (Sinwar had previously spent years in Israeli prison).

North Korea has started sending troops to fight with Russia in Ukraine, South Korea’s spy agency has said as Seoul warned of a “grave security threat”.
The allegation comes a day after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he believed 10,000 North Korean soldiers could join the war, based on intelligence information.
South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol called for a security meeting on Friday and said the international community must respond with “all available means”.
According to the spy agency, 1,500 troops have already arrived in Russia – with anonymous sources telling South Korean media the final figure could be closer to 12,000.

Donald Trump overcharged Secret Service agents protecting him and his family for rooms at his hotel in Washington while he was president, a new report from House Democrats alleges.

The judge overseeing Donald Trump’s federal election interference case, in an order late Thursday, denied the former president’s last-minute request to block the release of additional evidence gathered by special counsel Jack Smith.
U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan said that the court will unseal, on Friday, the redacted appendix from the immunity motion filed earlier this month by Smith that included new details about Trump and his allies’ actions leading up to the Jan. 6 assault on the Capitol.

JUST IN: RNC Files Lawsuit Against Detroit For Deleting Ballot Box Surveillance Footage
The RNC filed a lawsuit against the City of Detroit Department of Elections for deleting ballot drop box surveillance footage.
The lawsuit accuses Detroit elections officials of violating the Freedom of Information Act by deleting the footage more than two weeks after they requested it from the city.
“Deleting footage that is the subject of a pending FOIA request—submitted more than two weeks before the footage was deleted—is a clear violation of FOIA,” the RNC said, according to CBS News. “Detroit had a clear legal obligation to preserve and provide the footage, which they violated.”
The RNC requested drop box footage from the August primary election.
RNC Chairman Michael Whatley said the GOP will hold Detroit accountable and make sure the surveillance footage for the 2024 election is preserved.
“Deleting drop box surveillance footage while there is a pending FOIA request for it is an assault on transparency. This breach of trust is exactly what reduces confidence in our elections.
