Trump’s 2024 triumph carved a path for baseless rumors proclaiming Kamala Harris as the rightful winner, with social media as their prime vehicle. Yet again, in mid-2025, these false narratives, lacking integrity and credibility, echo across the internet, citing an ex-CIA whistleblower’s claims.
Zarnowski attempts to weave quite the tale about the 2024 elections. He asserts he took part in an NSA-sanctioned forensic audit, which resulted in a Harris and Walz victory with Trump suffering a heavy defeat. Though his story flourishes with intricate details of international organized crime syndicates connected to the alleged election cover-up, these narratives lack verifiable substance and factual support.
The Substack account adds further flames to the fire, with Zarnowski making bold statements in July 2025. His declarations that he was personally involved in an NSA-authorized forensic audit give the impression of inside knowledge about the election. However, the narrative crumbles under closer inspection. Despite claims of a resounding Harris victory, Snopes, a respected fact-checker, has failed to find any evidence or documentation to back any element of the claim.
Alluding to a complex network of villainous actors and secret operations behind global crime and the alleged stolen 2024 election, Zarnowski makes sensational allegations. His disclosures seemingly confirm the worst fears of some, while shocking others with an intricate web of connections among organized criminal groups, political operatives, and power players. Zarnowski further asserts that his revelations aren’t classified and he has full clearance to speak on them, claiming he is prepared to testify under oath. Oddly enough, despite his vociferous claims, the article offers no indication that he has already testified. Additionally, if his information were truly non-classified, it’s unlikely that mainstream media outlets would have missed the chance to broadcast the story.
Per the Substack narrative, Zarnowski assisted the NSA in collecting data for the supposed audit. What kind of data and how it was obtained continue to be undisclosed, further muddying the image of this alleged investigation. The article then shoehorns in a link between electronic voting machines, election software changes, and claims of election fraud, furthering the perceived nefarious plot of Trump’s victory.
The background check on Zarnowski gives little to credence to his claims. According to his LinkedIn, he has been involved in handling cases related to human trafficking, sexual assault, domestic violence, and crimes against children, mostly for non-governmental organizations.
