Biden In Full Panic Mode – Assembles A Secret “War Room”

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greens’s recent call to action to Republicans included moving forward with impeachment proceedings for President Joe Biden. And now, it seems those initiatives are rolling.

The claims against Hunter Biden and his illegal international business dealings have long since gone from speculation to actual charges, and the plea deal that was offered to Hunter was withdrawn. Part of the case includes Joe Biden’s part in Hunter’s plans and negotiations, and the president’s receiving massive amounts of money that exchanged hands for favors.

Articles of impeachment against the president by a number of House Republicans and statements by the Speaker gain steam as lawmakers return from summer recess. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) has stated that an impeachment inquiry is a “natural step forward” based on the evidence and information presented to date.

McCarthy is giving specifics on the impeachment plan, stating that the impeachment inquiry will largely focus on First Son Hunter Biden’s shady business dealings with foreign nationals, stating that there is “a culture of corruption that’s been happening within the entire Biden family.”

“If you look at all the information we’ve been able to gather so far, it is a natural step forward that you would have to go to an impeachment inquiry,” McCarthy said during an interview with Fox News on Sunday. “That provides Congress the apex of legal power to get all the information they need.”

Although Democrats have responded publicly as if there is no basis for an action such as impeachment, it seems that in secret there have been meetings as to how to counter the impeachment. And, those meetings have been ongoing for some time.

The White House has been working on fine-tuning their statements and strategy to frame the issue for over a year, another Biden Administration aide told NBC News.

According to a report from NBC News, the White House counsel’s office has been preparing a response to an impeachment inquiry into President Biden for months. Republicans have staggered the release of a mountain of evidence linking the president to influence-peddling schemes involving foreign nationals, including bank records, witness testimony from key figures, and documents compiled by highly credible FBI sources.

Biden’s aides, staffers, and allies intend to push back on potential impeachment proceedings a politically motivated plot that lacks evidence. “Comparing this to past impeachments isn’t apples to apples or even apples to oranges; it’s apples to elephants,” one White House aide told NBC News. “Never in modern history has an impeachment been based on no evidence whatsoever.”

Even though stating that this impeachment effort shouldn’t be compared to past impeachments, it seems past impeachments are just what the Biden staff are attempting to use to dismiss the charges.

Biden aides are reportedly using the 1998 impeachment of Bill Clinton as a model to squash the effort while making Republicans pay a “political price.” The Biden Administration’s response team includes defense attorney Richard Sauber and Russ Anello, the former staff director of the House Oversight Committee.

The establishment of a “war room” is at odds with the Biden staffer’s claim that the impeachment effort is insignificant.

The Biden Administration’s “war room” is structured to be able to push back on investigations into the president’s conduct while the rest of the administration can focus on Biden’s agenda. Staffers hope to prevent the administration from “getting “bogged down in the minutia of ongoing investigations,” a White House aide said.

The Hill reported that House Republicans are confident that the time is now for the impeachment to go forward, with some saying this month as Congress reconvenes action will be taken.

“It’s a must,” Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC) told the Hill. “I mean if not now, when?”

We’ve got enough not to just start to inquiry, but we got enough to impeach him,” Norman declared.

House Speaker McCarthy hedged a bit in a Sunday interview with Fox News when asked whether he has the votes to make the impeachment happen. “When we go back, we will discuss this,” McCarthy answered.

The Hill noted:

The House Oversight, Judiciary, and Ways and Means committees have been probing various aspects of the foreign business dealings of Biden’s family members during his vice-presidency. The committees have created a paper trail of bank transactions and showcased whistleblowers who allege that the DOJ slow-walked the tax crimes investigation into Hunter Biden, who now faces a special council investigation after his plea deal fell apart.

The panel has furthermore highlighted testimony from former Hunter Biden associate Devon Archer alleging Hunter put his father on the speakerphone many times in front of foreign business associates – arguing President Biden lied when he said he never talked to his son about his business dealings.

The fact that a “war room” has been ongoing in secret indicated that the Biden administration needs a counterdefense and that there is substantial evidence for them to try to refute.
