Today, the National Democrats are actively disseminating optimistic messages in Milwaukee regarding President Biden, while concurrently engaging in criticism of the prospective Republican presidential candidates for the 2024 election, mere hours prior to their inaugural primary debate.
The event is being held in the city of Wisconsin and will be moderated by Bret Baier and Martha McCallum from Fox News. At 9 p.m. Eastern Time, eight Republican contenders will participate in the event.
Prior to proceeding, it is noteworthy that the Democratic National Committee collaborated with the re-election campaign of President Joe Biden to strategically unveil a series of billboards throughout the city and its associated roadways.
The Democratic National Committee (DNC) has arranged for an aircraft to do aerial surveillance in the vicinity between the hours of 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Central Time (CT).
“As 2024 Republican presidential candidates prepare for the first Republican primary debate tonight, the DNC is rolling out a series of billboards and a plane across Milwaukee hammering the most extreme slate of candidates in history,” the DNC said on Wednesday morning.
“A plane will fly around Milwaukee on Wednesday with a banner reading: ‘GOP 2024: A Race for the Extreme MAGA Base.’ A mobile billboard will also circle the debate venue on Wednesday, introducing the MAGA field with details about each of the candidates’ extreme and out-of-touch agendas.”
The DNC’s billboards will feature a photo of Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, touting success on a “record number of new jobs,” “lowering costs,” “updating our nation’s roads and bridges” and “protecting a woman’s right to choose nationwide.”
The billboards displayed across the city as part of the Biden-Harris 2024 campaign will showcase the “Dark Brandon” meme, which portrays the president with illuminated red eyes. The practice of referring to President Biden as “Brandon” originated as a humorous phenomenon among Republican circles. However, it has subsequently been adopted by supporters of the president, who now utilize it as a meme on many online platforms.
The Democratic National Committee (DNC) has developed a mobile billboard that will display a rotating series of slides featuring all eight candidates scheduled to participate in the upcoming Wednesday night event. The billboard is titled “2024 MAGA Cheat Sheet” and aims to highlight what Democrats perceive as the candidates’ extreme stances, particularly in relation to the topic of abortion.
The aforementioned occurrence transpired shortly after the Biden campaign made public its intention to allocate $25 million towards a 16-week advertising campaign targeted at voters residing in swing states. This represents the third significant expenditure made by the president’s re-election team for this purpose.
