BofA Warns “Enforcement Action” By Feds Possible Over Money Laundering, Zelle 

A little more than two weeks after Toronto-Dominion Bank pleaded guilty to multiple criminal charges and paid $3 billion in fines and other penalties to the Department of Justice and financial regulators for failing to monitor money laundering operatio  the Corporation’s Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance programs (Programs), including transaction monitoring, training, governance, and customer due diligence.” 
“In cooperation with regulators, the Corporation has been, and plans to continue, implementing enhancements to these Programs. The Corporation is continuing discussions with its regulators about the Programs, and resolution of these discussions may include one or more public orders by the regulators,” BofA continued.
BofA is responding to an inquiry from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau into electronic payments on the Zelle payment network.
“The CFPB staff has initiated discussions with the Corporation to pursue a resolution of the inquiry or file an enforcement action. The Corporation is evaluating next steps, including litigation,” the bank said.
The filing did not mention specifics about potential AML issues. However, the TD Bank case, where the Canadian bank chose profits over AML compliance, allowed fentanyl and narcotics trafficking operations to use banking services.

U.S. Economy Grew At 2.8% Pace In Third Quarter

The U.S. economy expanded at a 2.8 percent annual pace in the third quarter, the Commerce Department said Wednesday.

Consumer spending jumped  3.7 percent in the third quarter, the largest rise in six quarters. That was much higher than the three percent expected.
Imports, which are a subtraction from GDP, soared in the third quarter. Imports of goods climbed 11.6 percent, partially reflecting U.S. importers pulling forward imports for fear that the port worker strike would be a lasting obstacle to bringing in foreign-made products. This dragged down GDP by nine-tenths of a percentage point.
Government spending was a big source of economic growth in the quarter, adding nine-tenths of a percentage point to GDP growth.

FBI Whistleblower Tells Congress Former FBI Director James Comey Inserted Two Female Agent ‘Honeypots’ Inside Trump 2016 Campaign, Separate from Russia Hoax Investigation

 
According to an FBI whistleblower, former Directed James Comey inserted two female agents inside the Trump campaign in 2016.
The Washington Times reported that the female agents were directed to act as “honeypots” and travel with Trump and his staff.

This was an “off-the-books” operation and was separate from Comey and Obama’s Crossfire Hurricane operation that that targeted Trump based on false Russian collusion lies.
For years now we have not seen ANY high-level whistleblowers from the FBI during the debunked Crossfire Hurricane investigation of President Trump.
The entire FBI and DOJ was in on this assault on candidate and then President Trump for years despite knowing that the entire investigation was based on a lie that Trump was being influenced by Russia and Putin.
It was later well documented that it was Hillary Clinton who had created the lie from whole cloth. Hillary was later fined for funding the fake Russia dossier that was used to spy on Trump, his family, his campaign, and his administration.
The whistleblower told Congress that the investigation was hid from DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, another lackey for the regime.
The details of this investigation was kept from President Trump’s criminal defense counsels.
This is the latest piece of evidence that details the absolute criminal mindset of the current FBI leadership.
The Washington Times reported:

Former FBI Assistant Director Chris Swecker said the report, if true, is a “booming, egregious violation” of the rules governing the attorney general and the FBI.

“It’s an unpredicated infiltration of a presidential campaign which is sensitive,” he told The Times. “It’s sensitive to the point where it would have to have been approved by the [attorney general] and … would have to be predicated. And in this case, I’m not hearing any predication. It would have to be on the books anyway, regardless.”

The ads are for the DHS OIDO (Office of the Immigration Detention Ombudsman). This office was established by Congress in 2019 & was stood up in 2021 to “independently examine immigration detention to promote safe, humane conditions” & address complaints.

Multiple DHS contacts I’ve talked to, including in ICE & Border Patrol, are outraged about the billboards, telling me their agencies are already working with limited funding/resources, and DHS is spending money on billboards that they feel work against them. “They’re more than insulting,” an ICE contact said. “This is so wrong,” a Border Patrol agent told me.

I reached out to DHS last week with specific questions, including:

1) How much taxpayer money is being spent on these billboards, and how many have been paid for?

2) How many states are these billboards in?

3) How does DHS respond to criticism that the ads portray a soft on illegal immigration message from the very agency tasked with enforcing U.S. immigration laws?

I gave DHS 6 days to respond, including extending their deadline, but the agency did not answer any of those questions. Instead, DHS provided background comment to me, pointing out that the OIDO was approved by Congress in 2019, and is tasked with a mandate to independently review immigration detention to promote humane conditions & address complaints for illegal immigrants in immigration detention. DHS added: “DHS and its employees provide the highest standard of care for individuals who are detained in its custody.”

Ukraine should strike back if North Korean troops cross into its territory, Biden says

U.S. President Joe Biden said Kyiv should strike back at North Korean troops “if they go into Ukraine” during a press conference on Oct. 29.
A Pentagon spokesman added at a separate briefing that Moscow’s recourse to North Korean troops reflects a “dire situation” of its manpower.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is under scrutiny following its noncompliance with a subpoena from the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability.

The subpoena, issued on September 30, 2024, requests specific documentation regarding Minnesota Governor Timothy Walz’s connections to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
“According to recently received whistleblower disclosures, we’ve learned of a non-classified, Microsoft Teams group chat among DHS employees and additional intelligence reports that contain information regarding a longstanding connection between the CCP and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz,” the Oversight Committee in September.

“Specifically, through whistleblower disclosures, we’ve learned of a non-classified, Microsoft Teams group chat among DHS employees—titled “NST NFT Bi-Weekly Sync”—that contains information about Governor Walz that is relevant to our investigation. We’ve also learned that further relevant information regarding Governor Walz has been memorialized in both classified and unclassified documents in the control of DHS,” the Oversight Committee said.
The DHS has not complied. Instead, DHS responded with a letter expressing a commitment to “good faith” cooperation but failed to submit any substantive documents by the October 7 deadline.
