Jill Biden has been appearing frequently at public events and plans to hit the campaign trail going into the 2024 election,” CNN reported.

According to a recent research, it has been observed that the payroll at the White House has experienced a notable growth during the current presidential term.
The tally of persons employed on the White House staff payroll has experienced a notable upswing, reaching a total of 524 individuals during President Biden’s third year in office. This figure reflects a rise of 50 personnel compared to the preceding year.
One of the main drivers for this notable increase can be attributed to the huge growth in the personnel serving within the staff of First Lady Jill Biden.
The salary data pertaining to White House personnel was disclosed in the 2023 report submitted to Congress.
“The payroll figure is higher than last year’s total of 474, though lower than Biden’s first-year White House payroll of 560. However, the total payroll bill for 2023 still tops the $50,276,976 that made up White House salaries in 2021, according to OpenTheBooks, a nonprofit group that focuses on government spending,” according to The Western Journal.
According to the group, the White House paid out between $52 million and $53 million in wages in total.
With just eight employees, Jill Biden’s team was somewhat small in 2022. Nonetheless, there are now 20 employees, a considerable rise from last year. The addition of a new job title, “social media platform manager,” with an annual pay of $113,039, is particularly intriguing. “That means that out of the 50 more employees the White House has in 2023 compared to 2022, more than 20 percent of the growth has come from the 150 percent increase in Jill Biden’s staff. How many private employers grow their staff by 150 percent in one year?” the outlet added.
