‘Mighty Ducks’ Star Brock Pierce Offers $1 Million Reward For Evidence Of Election Fraud

Former child actor and cryptocurrency entrepreneur Brock Pierce is putting up $1 million for anyone who can provide credible evidence of election fraud following the closely watched Los Angeles mayoral race.

Pierce announced the launch of the Cure The Vote initiative on Monday, describing it as an effort to increase transparency and accountability amid ongoing concerns surrounding vote counting in California elections.

The former “Mighty Ducks” star said the program is intended to provide a secure channel for individuals with firsthand knowledge of potential election misconduct to come forward.

“Cure The Vote is designed to provide a secure and independent avenue for election workers, government employees, contractors, campaign staff, election observers, whistleblowers, and members of the public to submit credible evidence relating to potential election misconduct or irregularities,” a press release announcing the initiative stated.

According to organizers, all submissions will undergo review by independent attorneys, election law specialists and investigators before any reward determination is made.

The initiative stresses that it is nonpartisan and is not based on an assumption that wrongdoing occurred. Instead, organizers say the goal is to ensure that any credible allegations receive professional and independent examination in order to strengthen public confidence in election outcomes.

The announcement comes after the Los Angeles mayoral primary drew significant attention as City Councilmember Nithya Raman surged past reality television personality Spencer Pratt to claim second place behind incumbent Mayor Karen Bass.

Questions surrounding California’s lengthy ballot-counting process have fueled debate in recent days, particularly after late-arriving vote totals shifted the standings in several races.

Cure The Vote pointed to previous public-interest reward programs as inspiration for the effort, including initiatives launched by the late Larry Flynt.

In 2007, Flynt offered a $1 million reward for information exposing sexual misconduct by government officials. Similar reward programs followed in later years, including a 2017 effort offering $10 million for information that could lead to the impeachment of then-President Trump.

“Advocates say the same principle can be applied to election integrity by encouraging individuals with firsthand knowledge and verifiable evidence to come forward,” the press release stated.

Pierce has long maintained an interest in politics. In 2020, he mounted an independent presidential campaign and later explored a U.S. Senate run in Vermont before ultimately ending the effort.

The Cure The Vote initiative says it will continue accepting submissions as investigators review any allegations related to election administration and vote-counting procedures.
