Mike Lindell Erupts Like Never Before After Lawyer’s Comment About His Pillows

The legal representatives of Dominion Voting Systems have revealed excerpts from a deposition conducted in March, featuring the CEO of MyPillow, Mike Lindell, as part of their defamation action. In a widely circulated video, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MyPillow engaged in a heated exchange with a legal representative from Dominion following a sarcastic remark regarding the quality of their pillows.

The internet distribution of the video occurred subsequent to the legal action taken by Dr. Eric Coomer’s attorneys, who sought to force deposition testimony in a court of law. Coomer has initiated legal proceedings against Newsmax on grounds similar to those in the aforementioned case, alleging slander due to their scrutiny of the reliability of Dominion voting machines subsequent to the 2020 election.

“Okay, and I’m not asking about the lumpy pillow calls,” a Dominion lawyer said in reference to customer service calls involving Lindell. “No they’re not lumpy pillows, that’s not what they call on,” a visibly frustrated Lindell shot back, explaining how his company’s customer service works. “When you say lumpy pillows, now you’re an a***ole. You got that? You’re an a***ole is what you are!”

“No, he’s an a***ole! He’s an ambulance-chasing lawyer, so don’t start with me. I got all day,” Lindell is seen telling Coomer’s lawyer during questioning. “I’ll take as much time as you want, so let’s go. You’re not my boss, you’re just a lawyer, frivolous lawyer,” the MyPillow CEO continued.

“His last deposition, taken in Minneapolis on August 23, 2023, ended after Mr. Lindell left the witness chair during an unscheduled break while, again, disparaging counsel,” the Dominion lawyer’s filing reads. It also referred to Lindell as “vulgar, threatening, loud, [and] disrespectful.”

“Through this Motion, Dr. Coomer seeks an order compelling Mr. Lindell to appear before the Court or the Magistrate Judge in Denver, Colorado, so that decorum can be maintained and contemporaneous rulings can be sought during a rescheduled deposition. Dr. Coomer further seeks attorney fees and expenses associated with Mr. Lindell’s discovery abuse,” the filing continued.
