MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell Makes Devastating Announcement

CEO of MyPillow Mike Lindell acknowledged on Thursday that neither he nor his business could afford to reimburse the attorneys defending him in the defamation claims pertaining to the 2020 election, after the attorneys informed federal judges that Lindell owed them millions of dollars in legal fees.

Speaking on Steve Bannon’s War Room, Lindell disclosed that he was informed that “all the lawyers” defending him against defamation lawsuits brought by Dominion and Smartmatic, the manufacturers of voting machines, had submitted a request to “drop us as our attorneys.”

The CEO of MyPillow stated that “there’s no money left over to pay” the lawyers as a result of the “attacks” on his company, which include American Express’s decision to reduce its credit line.

In response to Bannon’s question regarding a potential settlement with Dominion and Smartmatic, Lindell restated unfounded conspiracy theories regarding the firms’ voting machines and declared that he would “never settle anything” and “never stop fighting no matter.”

The CEO of MyPillow implied that they were probably “in on it” and that “they can come after me too, I don’t care” in response to Bannon pointing out that even the Murdoch family and Fox News had reached a settlement.

Then, Lindell lost it, accusing Fox News of being like a weather channel where it is unable to report on natural disasters like storms or tornadoes and of not discussing “any election platforms” or remaining mute on “machines or vaccines.”

Leswin & Lewin in Washington and Parker Daniels Kibort in Minnesota, Lindell’s attorneys, submitted a motion earlier on Thursday alerting federal judges to their client’s millions of dollars in unpaid legal costs. The CEO of MyPillow, according to one of his lawyers, has stopped making his invoice payments on time this year. Parker Daniels Kibort stated that it might be dangerous for their company to continue representing Lindell in this circumstance. According to Lindell, Forbes, “they have families and responsibilities,” so he did not hold it against the attorneys when they attempted to withdraw. Dominion and Smartmatic have filed two defamation lawsuits against Lindell for spreading unfounded rumors that voting equipment tampered with the 2020 election results.
