Barack Obama stepped up to play golf on Friday at the exclusive Vineyards Club with a black eye and a bandaged hand, adding to the mystery surrounding the death of Tafari Campbell, his friend and personal chef.
Former First Lady Michele Obama played tennis while Barack Obama hit the golf course. Barack Obama’s left eye has a visible bruise under it, also known as a “black eye,” and his hand is bandaged. There is less ambiguity given that it is known that the former president had previously wrapped his hand to play golf.
Despite this, rumors about the former president’s whereabouts at the time of Campbell’s death were stoked by the images of him.
Democrats keep telling me that Obama has bandaged his hand to golf before, ok, what about this black eye though? pic.twitter.com/2Np2EF6fgP

Happening Now: just days after his personal chef and friend died in a very mysterious paddle boarding accident, Barack Obama appears to have injured fingers and a black eye.
We still don’t know who the other person was and Obama loves paddle boarding. I think we can all… pic.twitter.com/trqiSl9LSH

“[J]ust days after his personal chef and friend died in a very mysterious paddle boarding accident, Barack Obama appears to have injured fingers and a black eye,” Travis from Flint remarked. “We still don’t know who the other person was and Obama loves paddle boarding. I think we can all guess what happened at this point!”
Unfortunately, it is unclear whether Barack Obama played any part in Campbell’s death’s circumstances.
Following earlier reports that said Barack Obama was not at his home when he passed away, other sources made it clear that he was in fact on Martha’s Vineyard.
By hiding the cause for the 911 call, changing the call’s location, and refusing to identify the purported female caller and a second paddleboarder, the police have fanned rumors.
On last Sunday night, 45-year-old Tafari was in an accident while paddleboarding on the Great Edgartown Pond. At 7:46 pm, an emergency call was made describing his fall and subsequent struggle to stand back up. The reason for the call was not given, although it was noted in the Edgartown Police Department’s logs. All other calls from the same night, however, were explained in detail.
According to authorities, the guy who was paddleboarding with the Obamas’ personal chef when he drowned close to their Martha’s Vineyard house had made frantic attempts to save him.
The unnamed second paddleboarder made an attempt to swim to Tafari Campbell, 45, but “did not reach him in time,” according to a statement from Massachusetts State Police, according to MassLive.
According to the report, the individual who saw Campbell lose his balance and falling into the water swam to shore, notified someone, and that person contacted 911.
On Martha’s Vineyard, emergency dispatchers also noted that the initial 911 call was placed by a lady who was on a boat by 8:18 pm, maybe looking for Campbell.
It is still unknown who this woman was and whether or not Campbell was riding with her.
The Massachusetts State Police’s assertion that the initial call originated from there is refuted by the fact that Wilson’s Landing, a paddleboard launch place located about two miles from the Obamas’ home on Turkeyland Cove, is listed as the call’s source.
Barack Obama is well-known for being an enthusiastic paddleboarder, as several publications have stated. Obama, for example, used a $84 shark-deterrent ankle band when paddleboarding in Hawaii in 2022 while being protected by the Secret Service.
Although no one has accused Barack Obama specifically of wrongdoing, there are concerns about what the former president knew and when regarding Campbell’s passing.
