Ivanka Trump, the former first daughter, has stated that she doesn’t want to be involved in her father’s 2024 presidential campaign or politics in general as she continues to diversify her interests.
Evidently, knowing how to fly a helicopter is one of them.
Ivanka shared a brief Instagram video of herself piloting a helo over a body of water while Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers’ song “Learnin’ to Fly” played.
She may have been flying off the Florida coast, where she and her husband, Jared Kushner, reside, according to the UK’s Express.
The British newspaper went on to say that her Dolce and Gabbana Majolica-floral frock served as her “pilot uniform” for the day.
Ivanka may be seen carrying a surfboard and wearing a one-piece swimming suit in another Instagram snap with the comment, “Soaking up the summer solstice.”
Ivanka has chosen a more private life, according to a recent People article.
“Ivanka is spending precious time with her husband and her children, doing what she loves most, being a mother,” an unnamed source reportedly told the magazine. “She feels there is no better way to honor her late mother than to nurture and love on her own children.”
Ivana Trump, her mother, passed away on July 14, 2022.
On the first Mother’s Day following my mother’s passing, I hold space for the beautiful memories of my mom while cherishing the privilege of being a mother to my three amazing kids: Arabella, Joseph, and Theo.

“While it has only been a year since Ivana passed, her role as both a remarkable mother and grandmother has left an impact on their lives and will forever be remembered,” the source added.
Following the indictment of her father, former President Donald Trump, by a Manhattan grand jury on Thursday, Ivanka spoke out in April.
According to Business Insider, Ivanka used Instagram Stories to make a brief statement in which she expressed her “pain” for her father and the nation.
“I love my father and I love my country. Today, I am pained for both,” the statement began. “I appreciate the voices across the political spectrum expressing support and concern.”
Ivanka had not participated in her father’s most recent presidential campaign, and she said in a statement last autumn that she would not support him in a future bid after she was conspicuously absent from an event at Mar-a-Lago.
Following the New York Post’s claim that Donald Trump “spent part of daughter Tiffany’s lavish Mar-a-Lago wedding this past weekend trying to persuade his much-loved elder daughter, Ivanka, and son-in-law Jared Kushner to be with him on stage,” the president-elect released the statement.
“I love my father very much,” Ivanka said. “This time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family. I do not plan to be involved in politics.”
“While I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside the political arena,” she added, per the Daily Wire. “I am grateful to have had the honor of serving the American people and I will always be proud of many of our Administration’s accomplishments.”
She told Fox News that she is close to her dad and that “hasn’t changed and will never change.”
“I’ve had many roles over the years, but that of daughter is one of the most elemental and consequential,” she said. “I am loving this time with my kids, loving life in Miami, and the freedom and privacy with having returned to the private sector. This has been one of the greatest times of my life.”
As she talked about her three kids, Arabella, 11, Joseph, 9, and Theodore, 6, she said that they were “critical ages” and that she wished to cherish “these moments with them.”
“We’re happy where we are right now, and we will continue to support my father — as his kids,” Ivanka Trump added.
