During a campaign event on Monday, the ex-President of the United States, Donald Trump, strongly criticized U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan and expressed his willingness to face imprisonment following the imposition of a gag order by Chutkan.
During a political rally held in Clive, Iowa, President Donald Trump made the following statement:
They’re getting beaten very badly by me in the polls. They think the only way they can catch me is to stop me from speaking. They want to take away my voice and a judge gave a gag order today. Did you hear that? On speech, which I believe is totally unconstitutional what she did. A judge gave a gag order, a judge doesn’t like me too much.
Her whole life is not liking me, but she gave a gag order. You know what a gag order is? You can’t speak badly about your opponent. But this is weaponry all being done because Joe Biden is losing the election and losing very, very badly to all of us in the polls. He’s losing badly.
Subsequently, President Trump said, “But what they don’t understand is that I am willing to go to jail if that’s what it takes for our country to win and become a democracy again,” which was met with enthusiastic applause from the audience.
In response to Jack Smith and Judge Chutkan’s ridiculous gag order, Trump said he is willing to go to jail to save America. It looks like Trump is going to ignore the order. No other presidential candidate loves America like Donald J. Trump does.

The recently implemented gag order restricts President Trump from engaging in public discourse that specifically targets Department of Justice Special Counsel Jack Smith, Smith’s team, and others associated with the court, in relation to Trump’s federal trial scheduled for January 6th in Washington, D.C. Judge Chutkan is not afforded protection under the gag order.
